Shipping & Delivery Policy

For all orders across India, Europe Girl Cosmetics kindly informs you that dispatch is completed within 24–48 hours of order confirmation. Once your order is shipped, the estimated delivery timeline is of 3–7 working days after dispatch, depending on your area and courier operations. We offer PAN India shipping through our trusted partners Blue Dart, Delhivery, XpressBees, and DTDC. We are pleased to provide FREE shipping on all prepaid orders, while Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will include an additional charge of ₹100 over and above the product price.

We request you to kindly note that order cancellations can only be processed before the shipment is dispatched. Once shipped, cancellations will unfortunately not be possible from our end. Similarly, we are unable to make changes to the delivery address after dispatch. In such cases where a shipment is returned due to address changes, the courier charges will need to be paid by the customer. If your order is received by someone on your behalf, the tracking status will reflect it as delivered, so we recommend checking with neighbors, security personnel, or reception (for office addresses) before contacting us.

In rare situations where prepaid orders are returned to us due to delivery issues faced by the courier partner, Europe Girl Cosmetics will be happy to re-attempt the delivery.
